Introduction of HEKVEK Hydraulic Tool

    HEKVEK hydraulic tools include: hydraulic wrench, special electric pump for hydraulic wrench, Empek hydraulic jack, hydraulic bolt stretcher, hydraulic flange separator, hydraulic nut breaker, HEKVEK hydraulic rama, etc.

Disadvantages of HEKVEK Tool:
 
(1) Hekvek is easy to leak. Hydraulic system has high oil pressure, and hydraulic oil is easy to leak through sealing or clearance, which causes hydraulic medium consumption and environmental pollution.
 
(2) In the process of energy transmission, hydraulic transmission with low transmission efficiency often has more energy loss (pressure loss and flow loss, etc.), which makes the transmission efficiency lower.
 
(3) The transmission ratio is inaccurate because of the compressibility of the transmission medium, leakage and elastic deformation of the pipeline and other factors, the hydraulic system can not strictly guarantee the fixed-ratio transmission.
 
(4) The viscosity of temperature-sensitive oil varies with temperature. The change of viscosity causes the change of flow rate, leakage and resistance, and easily causes the unstable movement of working mechanism.
 
(5)The manufacturing cost is high. In order to reduce leakage, the manufacturing accuracy of hydraulic components is required to be high, which increases the manufacturing cost.
